I’m someone who’s always been fascinated by how people move, live, and feel in their bodies, and that curiosity has shaped both my work and my life. I’m naturally detail‑oriented, steady, and calm, and I bring that same presence into every session. Outside the treatment room, I’m happiest when things are simple, intentional, and grounded — the same qualities that guide my practice at Remedy Muscleworks.
