I’m a Board Certified Massage Therapist (BCTMB) with a Master’s degree in Biological Anthropology and more than a decade of experience teaching and practicing human anatomy. My passion for understanding how the body moves and heals has shaped every step of my career—from writing a graduate thesis on functional anatomy, to teaching collegiate anatomy courses, to training the next generation of massage therapists.

At Remedy Muscleworks, I bring this depth of knowledge and advanced certification directly to my clients. I specialize in resolving musculoskeletal dysfunction and restoring optimal movement, blending advanced techniques into every session. Rather than following a one-size-fits-all routine, I draw from my extensive training to create sessions that are precise, intentional, and tailored to each individual.
